PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water droplet once adhered to the inner plate or the like of a car washer frame from adhering again to the surface of a vehicle, and improve drying efficiency in drying process of the car washer. SOLUTION: The car washer 10 comprises: a blast means 40 supported by the car washer frame 12 ; a nozzle oscillating means 50 which can oscillate a top nozzle 16 connected to the blast means 40 around the nozzle shaft; and a control means which controls the air blow-out direction from an air blow-out port 24 of the top nozzle 16 by driving the nozzle oscillating means 50. The control means drives the nozzle oscillating means 50 at the stage before starting of drying operation by the top nozzle 16, and enables draining of the inner plate or the like directing the air blow-out direction of the top nozzle 16 toward the inner plate or the like of the car washer frame 12.
