PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential pressure/pressure transmitter quickly and easily performing draining work or degassing work without dismounting a pressure cell from a pressure takeout part of a process and without mounting a flange adapter or a drain ring, when perfoming the draining work or the degassing work. SOLUTION: This differential pressure/pressure transmitter is constituted by flange-connecting the pressure cell 7 having a diaphragm base 12 and a wet diaphragm 11 having the outer diameter D smaller than the inner diameter D<SB>0</SB>of the pressure takeout part 3 on the diaphragm mounting face 45 of the diaphragm base 12, onto the aperture end face of the pressure takeout part 3. A draining hole 51 and a degassing hole 52 are formed oppositely in the vertical direction and separately at about 180°in the circumferential direction on the diaphragm base 12, and each one end thereof 51a, 52a is opened near the inner circumferential face of the pressure takeout part 3 which is the diaphragm mounting face 45 of the diaphragm base 12.
