PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate addition of an infrared red substance to printing ink to be printed and to dry the printing ink using a light of an energy source in a narrow band. SOLUTION: The matter to be printed 14 is printed in at least one printing ink 114 containing at least one coloring pigment at one position 18 of a channel 16 along which the matter to be printed 14 moves through a printing machine. Afterward in terms of time, the matter to be printed 14 is irradiated with a light of a laser beam source 10 having a wavelength of 350 nm to 700 nm at least at one different position 118 of the channel 16.
