<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic order reception/placement system capable of cooperating with a commodity absence management function of a POS system. <P>SOLUTION: A management server 10 has a product master database 11 storing names or prices of products produced and sold by an order placement enterprise 20; a member configuration master database 12 storing each member necessary for completion of the product and its necessary amount; a member master database 13 storing names, specifications, prices and a proper stock amount of a member purchased from an order reception enterprise 30 by the order placement enterprise; a stock member database 14 storing amounts in hand of members possessed by the order placement enterprise; an order placement member database 15 storing each member ordered to the order reception enterprise by the order placement enterprise and its amount; a commodity sold-out information collection means 16 collecting information about sold-out products generated in the order placement enterprise; a member development means 17 extracting each member necessary for the completion of the product of the order placement enterprise from specific product information; and an order placement means 18 transmitting each member and its amount to the order reception enterprise 30 as order placement foodstuff information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
