摘要

PURPOSE: A mobile communication terminal for preventing illegal copy of software, and a method for detecting illegal copy are provided to prevent damage to legal users by preventing illegal copy of software. CONSTITUTION: A power management unit(23) supplies power to each function unit of a mobile communication terminal. A radio frequency unit(22) loads signals in electromagnetic waves to transmit the signals, and receives the transmitted signals. A memory(24) stores one-time programmable sales code information together with an execution code and data used for the mobile communication terminal. A microprocessor unit(21) judges illegal copy by comparing sales code information of software used in the mobile communication terminal with the one-time programmable sales code information stored in the memory(24).
