PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suitable smoothing degree different depending on an engagement state of a clutch, in a vehicle having a manual transmission and a clutch. SOLUTION: The vehicle has the clutch connecting/disconnecting power transmission of an engine to driving wheels, and the manual transmission. A basic smoothing value A is calculated based on accelerator opening in S1, a gear ratio is calculated based on a vehicle speed and an engine speed in S2, and determination is made either the clutch is in a partially engaged state or in a completely engaged state, from the gear ratio. In S5, S6, a correction smoothing value B is calculated based on a result of the determination. In S7, a smoothing value T as a time constant is calculated from the basic smoothing value A and the correction smoothing value B, and smoothing processing is performed by using the smoothing value T.
