PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a covering suitable for corrosionproofing and waterproofing of a concrete structure exposed to hydrogen sulfide, superior in workability, and having durability. SOLUTION: This covering structure is formed on a surface of the concrete structure; and is constituted by joining three materials of [1] a cement material, [2] a bristle implanted sheet 22 of implanting high polymer resin fiber in both surfaces of a water impermeable resin film superior in acid resistance, and the bristle implanted sheet of implanting webs intertwined with high polymer resin short fiber having a diameter of 10 to 40μ, and the length of 10 to 100 mm in a surface on at least the cement material side, and [3] an emulsion solidified coating film superior in sulfuric acid resistance by solidifying an aqueous emulsion of a polyolefinic resin (for example, polyethylene) in order from the concrete side with the short fiber of the bristle implanted sheet as an anchor.
