PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a restaurant printer having a structure for eliminating paper feed failures or bending of right and left end faces caused by a slack of a thermal rolled sheet influenced by setting performance, by reducing a paper load of the thermal rolled sheet in a restaurant printer which uses a printer module in which a thermal head and a platen roller are separated from each other. SOLUTION: The restaurant printer has a shaft unit set at the side of a front door for replacement of the thermal rolled sheet. The shaft unit becomes movable by the weight of the thermal rolled sheet itself, so that the restaurant printer is made compact. The shaft unit is set at the front door inside which is a part easy to visually recognize, and therefore the shaft unit is superior in the replacement workability. Moreover, the shaft unit is equipped with a shaft which penetrates the center of the stable thermal rolled sheet to automatically eliminate the slack by starting printing even when the thermal rolled sheet becomes slack at the time of setting.
