PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a compound capable of blocking a protein kinase, inhibiting neovascularization and blocking topoisomerase, so as to have anticancer activity, and therefore, useful as a prophylactic or therapeutic agent for cancer. SOLUTION: The subject compound expressed by formula (I) (R<SP>1</SP>is a substituent positioned on one of nitrogen atoms of imidazole ring, and is H, an alkyl or an alkoxyalkyl; and R<SP>2</SP>is H, an alkyl or an alkoxyalkyl), its salt, a solvate of the same and a pharmaceutical containing the same are provided, respectively.
