PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear part baggage chamber structure for a vehicle with convenient usage capable of forming a wide baggage chamber space at a rear part of the vehicle by downwardly recessedly providing a rear floor panel behind a front row seat to form a recessed part, opening a rear end of the recessed part to the outside direction of a cabin and arranging a package tray for partitioning the upper space of the recessed part and enhancing a practical use property of the wide baggage chamber. SOLUTION: In the vehicle, a plurality of rows of seats 13, 14 are arranged at front and rear side on a floor panel 4. The rear floor panel 5 behind the front row seat 13 is downwardly recessedly provided to form the recessed part and the rear end of the recessed part 6 is opened to the outside direction of the cabin.
