PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain oil collecting device for forcibly sucking drain oil flowing out of a bearing portion and recycling the drain oil collected into a hydraulic source. SOLUTION: The drain oil collecting device comprises a drain oil flow-in path 21 into which the drain oil flows out of the bearing portion 16, an exhaust chamber 26 connected to the drain oil flow-in path, a vacuum pump 36 for exhausting air from the exhaust chamber, a drain oil storage chamber 27 which communicates with the exhaust chamber and into which the oil flows out of the exhaust chamber, an isolation valve 31 for opening/closing a communication portion 28, a collecting flow path for collecting the oil from the drain oil storage chamber into the hydraulic source 11, a feed valve 43 for feeding air into the drain oil storage chamber, and an oil collecting control device 51 for operating the isolation valve to close the communication portion and open the feed valve so that the oil is discharged from the drain oil storage chamber into the hydraulic source when the amount of the oil in the drain oil storage chamber reaches a collection starting oil amount.
