PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove detergent dregs stuck to the outer face of a washing/dewatering tub and the inner face of a water receiving tub and prevent re-sticking of the detergent dregs by forming a turbulence in a flow of the washing liquid between the outer face of the washing/dewatering tub and the inner face of the water receiving tub and applying the a force of disturbance thereto in a washing machine having a function of removing the detergent dregs stuck to the outer face of the washing/dewatering tub and the inner face of the water receiving tub. SOLUTION: The water receiving tub 16 is provided with the washing/dewatering tub 3 in its inside and the washing/dewatering tub 3 is rotatingly driven by a motor 6. The water receiving tub 16 is provided with a water flow disturbing part 17 in its inside, the rotation of the washing/dewatering tub 3 by the motor applies a centrifugal force to the washing liquid in the water receiving tub 16 and the water flow disturbing part 17 disturbs the washing liquid.
