PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable assembling by absorbing dimension error in the bolt insertion direction addition to the radial direction of the bolt hole of a bracket in assembling a structure body of an air conditioning unit to a vehicle structure body. SOLUTION: A plurality of ribs 16 disposed in the insertion direction of the bolt insertion hole 12b is provided on the air conditioning unit structure body 10, and the air conditioning unit structure body 10 is assembled to the vehicle structure body by inserting the bolts into the bolt insertion holes 12b of the both brackets 12 and fastening with the bolts in the state where a plate 12a of the air conditioning side bracket 12 is interposed between the plurality of ribs 16. The air conditioning side bracket 12 is provided on a shaft 12c extending to the bolt insertion direction, and the shaft 12c is slidably in the bolt insertion direction and rotatably held to the air conditioning unit structure body in the state where the bolts and nuts are dismounted and the plate 12a is dismounted from the ribs 16.
