PURPOSE: A method of making a chocolate-coated seasoned cuttlefish product by spraying chocolate liquid containing corn oil, stevia or aspartame on a dressed cuttlefish is provided. The product is useful as a between-meal snack or a relish taken with wine. CONSTITUTION: After separation of leg and ear parts from the disemboweled cuttlefish, the body part is dried to a moisture content of 20a to 30%, uniformly roasted and pressed on the stainless plate of a roller. Then, chocolate liquid containing corn oil, stevia or aspartame is sprayed on the rolled cuttlefish and dried.
