PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for storing strip equipped with swing roll to prevent that strip is drooped by dead load of the strip. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a strip supporting part comprising a vertical rod (12) rotationally installed adjacently to a path along which strip moves, a frame (14) fixed to the vertical rod with being projected perpendicularly to the vertical rod, and a swing roll (10) installed on an upper part of the frame to support the strip; a swing roll rotation part comprising a connecting rod (20) installed on the supper surface of one side of the frame perpendicularly to a length direction of the frame, a connecting shaft (22) connected to an end part of the connecting rod by hinge, a swing arm (24) connected to an end part of the connecting shaft by hinge, a spindle fixed perpendicularly to the swing arm, and a housing (28) into which the spindle is rotationally inserted; and a swing arm rotation part comprising a guide roll (30) projectingly installed at a front part of the lower side of the swing arm with being integrated with the swing arm, and a guide rail (32) formed at the side surface of looper car so that the guide roll is inserted into the guide rail according to movement of the looper car.
