The device has a phosphorus or fluorescent color product applied on a part of a security belt (2) of a transport vehicle. The phosphorus or fluorescent color is applied on the belt during a manufacture of the belt. The phosphorus or fluorescent color makes the belt visible from an exterior of a passenger compartment of the vehicle and from long distance, in day and night.
