PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multidirectional pressing switch easily assembled and thinned and miniaturized even in the multistage formation of a switch turned on by a push button knob in the multidirectional pressing switch structured to install a swing knob around the push button knob, and to provide a multidirectional pressing switch board. SOLUTION: This multidirectional pressing switch 1 comprises the push button knob 50; the swing knob 30 installed around the push button knob 50; outer peripheral switches 92 installed in a position facing a pressing part 35 provided at the swing knob 30; and two-stage center switches 102, 152 installed in positions facing the pressing part 52 provided at the push button knob 50. The two-stage center switches 102, 152 are constituted by vertically overlapping a plurality of switches 102, 152 formed on flexible synthetic resin films, toward the pressing direction of the push button knob 50.
