PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection jig for heavy equipment and its use method in which the heavy equipment having a circular periphery is inspected from outside, efficiently and safely in a short time. SOLUTION: The inspection jig 10 includes a base part 11 mobile by wheel devices 12, mounting parts 13 provided on the base parts 11, roller devices 14 provided to the mounting parts 13, and stopper means 15. The heavy equipment placed on the mounting parts 13 is retained by stopper means 15, and the retained heavy equipment is inspected, while being revolved by the roller devices 14 in the peripheral direction.
