The present invention relates to a movable wind power generation device having a small capacity. The present invention relates to a device, comprising: a plurality of DC fans orthogonally connected to each other; a frame main body where the fan is fastened; a structure where a storage battery is mounted; and a balloon enabling a frame to float in the air. The DC fans converting wind power energy into electrical energy are connected in a row or in series in accordance with preferred output to be concentrated, and the frame where the fan is fastened is manufactured to have a lightweight structure and manufactured to have a foldable structure for portability when the wind power generation device is not used. The frame is floated from the ground surface by using the balloon to generate power by using strong wind power. Moreover, the frame comprises a storage battery structure storing the produced power.
