PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a power saving effect by not only consuming a Zener current flowing in a Zener diode in a constant voltage circuit but also utilizing the current in another circuit such as a load. SOLUTION: In a constant voltage power source device 10, the power source voltage input terminal IN1 of the first constant voltage circuit 1 is connected to the collector Qc of a transistor Q1, and to the cathode Dk of the Zener diode D1 via a resistance R1. The base Qb of the transistor Q1 is connected to the cathode Dk of the Zener diode D, and grounded via a capacitor C1. The emitter Qe of the transistor Q1 is connected to a first constant voltage output terminal OUT1. A second constant voltage circuit 2 outputs a constant voltage being lower than that of the first constant voltage circuit.
