PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an once-through exhaust heat recovery boiler with an evaporator member free from burning, preventing unstable fluidity on a heating passage in the process of water feed to superheated steam generation by keeping the dryness in the outlet of an evaporator constant. SOLUTION: A dryness control device 37 temporarily controls the increase/decrease of the opening of a steam valve 36 when a load command 32 of a gas turbine increases/decreases. The dryness control device 37 is provided with a function generator 40 for finding the static property of steam pressure from the load command 32 of the gas turbine, a primary delay circuit 41 for generating a primary delay on the static property of the steam pressure as the output of the function generator 40, and a PID controller (a steam pressure controller) 44 for controlling the opening of a steam valve 36 in accordance with a difference between the output of the primary delay circuit 41 and the steam pressure.
