PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive hydraulic control system which consumes a small amount of energy in all of speed control, force control, and accurate position control. SOLUTION: When the position control, the speed control, and the force control of a hydraulic cylinder 30 driven by means of a hydraulic pump 12 are selectively carried out by means of a controller 40, the speed control and the force control are carried out by control for changing the rotational speed of an electric motor 61, and the position control is carried out by control for changing the restriction of a servo valve 20. Further, during the position control, the control for making a differential pressure (Pa-Pb or Pa-Pc) in the servo valve 20 a constant valueΔis carried out by control for changing the rotational speed of the electric motor 61.
