PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-functional bag having a functional and novel structure. SOLUTION: The multi-functional bag has flexibility and is formed of a pair of rectangular faces which can face each other. On the circumference of each rectangular face, four pairs of fasteners having the same length are provided so as to connect each head and tail clockwise or counterclockwise using the center of a short side or a long side as a fastening and opening start point.
