PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-manufacture stacked common mode choke coil having a simple structure and exhibiting good noise removing characteristics. SOLUTION: On the upper surface 12 and lower surface 13 of a magnetic body layer 11 formed by laying two magnetic body sheets 20 and 30 in layer, a first coil 15 and a second coil 16 being connected electrically through a through hole 14 are formed by lateral bifilar winding orthogonal to the thickness of the magnetic body layer 11.
