<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide light capable of suppressing the degradation of light emission quantity or the like due to the stains of a transparent cover. <P>SOLUTION: On the surface 3a of the transparent cover 3 of a guide light 1, there is formed a coating layer 3b made up of a titanium dioxide photocatalyst that oxidatively destroys organic matters by exerting a catalysis when the visible light of a illuminating lamp or the like is irradiated. In addition, an inclined front board 35 inclined upward on the transparent cover 3 is inclined at the angle of inclination of 45°or over in relation to a horizontal direction. Since dusts and others adhered to the surface of the inclined front board 35 are likely to drop naturally from the portions, the accumulation of dusts and others can be prevented or suprressed. Since, on the surface of the transparent cover 3, the coating layer 3b with a self-cleaning characteristic is formed, and the portions where dusts and others are likely to accumulate are steeply inclined; the surface of the transparent cover 3 can be kept clean for a long period of time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
