PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-wheeled vehicle engine throttle valve gear equipped with an induction system for a two-wheeled vehicle engine, especially a butterfly valve system throttle valve 6 having an inlet pipe, a throttle body 5 and the like which are very compact in size. SOLUTION: The throttle valve 6 comprises an extension 23 made by resin mold integrally therewith at a first disc 21 on one side of the butterfly system throttle valve 6. It also comprises a first air channel (a vertex flow generating channel) 11 constituting an air channel for a low valve opening controllable to a predetermined valve opening (α) at the downstream side lower than the throttle value 6 of the throttle body in the flowing directior of the intake air. In addition, it also comprises an air guide 24 made by resin mold integrally therewith at the outer peripheral edge of a second disc 22 on the other side of the butterfly system throttle valve 6 for facilitating intake air to flow into the first air channel 11.
