PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leakproof male absorbent pad concerning the male absorbent pad which bed-ridden male persons, the persons suffering incontinence or the like wear being combined with disposable diapers or through the underwear. SOLUTION: The pad has a liquid-permeable top sheet 11, a back sheet 12, an absorbent body 13 disposed between both the sheets and a pair of liquid-impermeable gather sheets 14A and 14B facing each other on the top sheet 11. A liquid-permeable auxiliary sheet 17 is extended from the side of one gather sheet 14B between the top sheet 11 and the gather sheets 12 toward the side of the other gather sheet 14A to form an opening 15 for the insertion of the male genital with the auxiliary sheet 17 and the other gather sheet 14A.
