PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine cooling device which materializes a simple structure and low cost, wherein the required amount of cooling water flow rate to a heater core can be secured and the sufficient amount of cooling water is supplied to the heater core while maintaining required cooling performance in a whole operation range. SOLUTION: In the engine cooling device, cooling water of an engine outlet is directly supplied to a heater core through a heater core inlet pipe. Cooling water passing through a heater core outlet pipe from the heater core is joined with cooling water from a radiator outlet to be returned to an engine side through an engine inlet pipe. A pipe inside diameter (D<SB>1</SB>) on a downstream side (an engine side) from a junction part of the engine inlet pipe with the heater core outlet pipe is formed so as to be bigger than a pipe inside diameter (D<SB>2</SB>) on the upstream side (a radiator side ) from the junction part (D<SB>1</SB>>D<SB>2</SB>).
