<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ribosome reproduction inhibitory factor and its derivative maintaining such characteristics, acting as an inhibitor of the ribosome regeneration, capable of inhibiting the growth of bacteria and exhibiting the damaging effect against the living or propagation of procaryotes, and a composition containing the same as an active ingredient, having less adverse effects to human beings, etc., and characterized by enabling various forms or administering methods by containing medicinal components. <P>SOLUTION: This inhibitory factor is a mutant of the ribosome regenerating factor and is characterized by having a regeneration inhibitory activity against the ribosome of the procaryotes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
