PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing sheet which is used by impregnating the sheet with water to rub it and applying the sheet to the skin and gives a comfortable physical stimulation to the skin by a heat sensation in addition to lathering of a detergent and its washing effect. SOLUTION: The washing sheet which has lathering and a washing effect and furthermore gives a heat sensation to the skin is obtained by incorporating 5-90 wt.% hydration exothermic substance and 5-90 wt.% humectant and/or exothermic temperature controlling substance into a sheet previously impregnated with a detergent component and dried, and impregnating the sheet with water to rub it.
