The oscillation damper (1) comprises a piston rod (5) axially movable in a cylinder (3) and having a first support (17) for a first spring which in its turn supports a second support for a second spring. The first spring (21) is designed as an elastic component and the second spring (25) is designed as a helical spring, whereby the elastic component is bounded by a sleeve (31) in its radial diameter enlargement. The second support is constructed as a spring plate with a centering sleeve (27).
