TRANSMISSION STATION AND RECEPTION STATION IN MULTI-CAST TYPE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND COMMUNICATION METHOD

A transmission station (201) in a multi-cast type communication system has a function to retransmit data to a reception station in response to a retransmission request transmitted from the reception station when an error is generated in the data received by the reception station. The transmission stations (201) includes: a priority setting section (110) for setting the order of priority which is a frequency for permitting each reception station to transmit a data retransmission request; and a retransmission request permission section (104) for permitting each reception station to transmit a data retransmission request according to the priority set by the priority setting section (110). Thus, in the multi-cast type communication system, it is possible to provide a technique to improve the communication efficiency and improve reliability of communication to an important reception station.
