<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the dimension of a scroll compressor by reducing the max. winding angle of a scroll lap and making the designed capacity ratio less than the capacity ratio determined according to the operation pressure ratio of the heat-pump cycle. CONSTITUTION:As for a scroll compressor, the ratio between the capacity in the part surrounded by a fixed scroll lap 11 and turning scroll lap 15 in the case when suction is completed and the capacity in the case when compression is completed is made less than the capacity ratio determined by the condensation pressure and the evaporation pressure in the heat pump cycle. Therefore, the max. winding angle of the scroll lap is reduced, and the dimension of the compressor is reduced, and the working time for the scroll lap can be reduced markedly.</p> |
