<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration cycle device capable of preventing the performance from being impaired by the shortage of a flow rate of refrigerant under low load of an ejector cycle (low temperature inside air mode). <P>SOLUTION: A controller 10 controls a variable restriction mechanism 7 to an open side in a case when the discharge pressure Ph detected by a discharge pressure sensor 8 is less than a first specific pressure P1, and recovers the normal control when the discharge pressure Ph becomes more than a second specific pressure P2. As the reduction of driving flow is not found by controlling the variable restriction mechanism 7 to a fully open state or to the specific opening near the almost fully open when the discharge pressure Ph becomes less than the specific pressure, the recoverable decompression loss energy can be reasonably secured, and the sufficient flow rate can be achieved at a suction flow side.
