摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grout composition which has a very long setting time, hardly undergoes material separation during hardening, and exhibits characteristics generally required for grout, such as suitable viscosity, low shrinkage, and high compression strength; and a production method whereby a prestressed concrete construction with little degradation of a steel material is produced easily at a low cost under a small restriction. SOLUTION: The prestressed concrete construction is produced from a cement grout composition comprising a high-belite portland cement, a hardening retarder, and a dispersant. The production method comprises a step of inserting a steel material and injecting the grout composition into a sheath, a step of casting and curing concrete, and a step of tensioning and anchoring the steel material after the completion of curing.
