<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation verifying apparatus in which machining by a die is subjected to virtual prototype-manufacture/trial by simulation, the simulation accuracy during the machining by the die is enhanced by comparison and verification with the deformation of a material or the like caused in one trial, and necessity of actual prototype/trial is reduced, and to provide a simulation verifying method. <P>SOLUTION: The simulation verifying method comprises steps of data input (A), die CAD (B), die prototype manufacture (C), virtual machining (D), actual machining (E), measurement (F), verification (G), data correction (H), die correction (I), and data output (J). A work is machined to the middle of the deformation thereof in an virtual manner, and the work is actually machined to the same middle of the deformation. Then, the shape data in the middle of the deformation by the virtual machining and the shape data during the deformation obtained in the measurement step are compared with each other for evaluation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
