PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase life spans of a screw, a barrel and a cylinder which are melt-spinning components used for melt-spinning a thermoplastic polymer, by applying a deposited film excellent in corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance and having high hardness to the components. SOLUTION: An apparatus used for melt-spinning the thermoplastic polymer and having the screw, the barrel and the cylinder which are the melt-spinning components composing the apparatus is so structured that at least a part of surfaces of the apparatus contacting with the thermoplastic polymer is formed of the deposited film, wherein the deposited film has a deposited film hardness of 1,500-6,000 (Vickers hardness at ordinary temperature).
