PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the use value of a speech inputted as a note annotated to an image by improving the precision of speech recognition. SOLUTION: A recognition dictionary storage part 45 specifies a photographer having given a vocal note on the basis of a photographer name annotated as attached information to an image file, extracts a recognition dictionary for the photographer from recognition dictionaries, and loads it in a speech recognition processing circuit 43. The speech recognition processing circuit 43 recognizes the speech inputted as the note by using the recognition dictionary for photographer extracted by the recognition dictionary storage part 45 and converts the speech into text data.
