PURPOSE: A microorganism Bacillus sp. CH-N having nitrogen removal activity in wastewater is provided, thereby rapidly removing ammonia nitrogen from industrial wastewater and home wastewater, so that bad smell of wastewater can be removed. CONSTITUTION: The microorganism Bacillus sp. CH-N(KACC 91045) having nitrogen removal activity in wastewater is provided, wherein Bacillus sp. CH-N(KACC 91045) is isolated from the soil polluted by industrial wastewater and home wastewater; Bacillus sp. CH-N(KACC 91045) is gram positive rod shape; Bacillus sp. CH-N(KACC 91045) is immobilized into the ceramic resin having the size of 10 to 15mm. A microorganism preparation for removing nitrogen in wastewater comprises Bacillus sp. CH-N(KACC 91045) as an effective component.
