<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a turbulence of an MR picked-up image by an energy processing device from occurring when a medical treatment is performed by the energy treating appliance based on a biological tomographic image by an MR device. <P>SOLUTION: This treating apparatus which is used together with the MR device 1 for acquiring biological tomographic image information is equipped with a power source 5 for the treatment which generates a treating energy, an energy treating appliance 2 which performs a medical treatment by the treating energy from the power source for the treatment, and a control unit 22 which controls the drive of the power source for the treatment based on a detection result by an RF detection unit 23 which detects an RF pulse from the MR device.
