PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal device mounting a compact camera unit which enables static protection of an image pickup device and current control. SOLUTION: In a mobile terminal device mounting a camera unit 22 pivotably on a mobile terminal body, the camera unit 22 has a rotator 23, imaging portions 24 and 25 accommodated within the rotator 23, and a flexible board 26 connected to the imaging portions 24 and 25 and set to the outside of the rotator 23.
