PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency heating cooker, quickly raising the temperature of material to be heated to a predetermined heating temperature and effectively using the steam to performing heating and cooking at high efficiency. SOLUTION: This high-frequency heating cooker 100 includes: a high-frequency generating part 13 and a steam generating part 15 generating steam in a heating chamber 11 storing material to be heated, wherein at least either high-frequency wave or steam is supplied to the heating chamber 11 to perform heat treatment for the material to be heated. The cooker includes: a receiving tray 21 for placing the material to be heated thereon, which is removably disposed above at a predetermined space from the base of the heating chamber 11 to thereby divide the space in the heating chamber 11; a steam carrying means 29 for supplying the steam generated by a steam generating part 15 to the upper space positioned above the receiving tray 21; and a pre-heating means 17 for raising the ambient temperature in the heating chamber.
