<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording sheet of an ordinary paper type which is capable of expressing high printing density even to either of an oily pigment ink or a water pigment ink. <P>SOLUTION: The inkjet recording sheet is manufactured by applying a coating liquid composed of at least a water-soluble binder and a fluororesin oil/water repellent to a sheet composed mainly of natural fiber pulp or impregnating the sheet with the coating liquid.
