PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a shampoo composition having good foamability, improving squeaky feeling caused when rinsing the shampoo, especially improving the squeaky feeling caused in dyed hairs which are apt to cause the squeaky feeling, providing excellent finished properties (smoothness of the hair and no stickiness) and further providing excellent dispersion stability with time. SOLUTION: This shampoo composition contains (A) one or more kinds of deterging surfactants selected from the group consisting of an amphoteric surfactant, an anionic surfactant and a nonionic surfactant, (B) a cationic surfactant and (C) an oil component singly forming a liquid crystal structure with the component (B).
