An image accumulation device includes: storage means; selection means for selecting a folder of the storage means; and file operation means for displaying an index of a file or folder belonging to the selected folder in a first mode for displaying an index of a file or a folder under immediate control of the selected folder or a second mode for displaying all the indexes of the image file of a predetermined type belonging to the selected folder, according to the selected folder, and receiving operation of the file or the folder contained in the index displayed.
