PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the sound quality from being changed by the installation conditions of a loudspeaker system and further to impart a highly functional design effect to the loudspeaker system in which the bottom plate of a cabinet is also used as a baffle board and a woofer 17 is attached downwards at the opening of the bottom board. SOLUTION: A transparent reflection plate 18 made of acrylic resins is held by a support leg 23 that is attached to a bottom face of a bottom plate 14 of a cabinet 10, the reflection plate 18 is disposed under a woofer 17 to face each other, and the light from a light emitting diode 29 provided on the support leg 29 is led into the reflection plate 18 to present the illumination effect.
