PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device detector capable of facilitating selection of a device to participate in a conference in the middle of it and a device to leave in the middle of it. SOLUTION: The CPU 201 of a server K104 discriminates a terminal to which connection with the server K104 is permitted and a terminal to which the connection is not permitted on the basis of a device list, further discriminates a terminal which is detected by the CPU 201 of the server K104 and is not preliminarily registered in the device list and a display part 206 displays the terminal to which the connection with the server K104 is permitted, the terminal to which the connection with the server K104 is not permitted and a terminal to which the connection with the server K104 is not set about both permission and non-permission by discriminating them, respectively on the basis of this discrimination result.
