PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a call by a telephone via the Internet without providing a call management server.

SOLUTION: A network address of a network to which this Internet telephone belongs is registered in a RAM 206, when an extension number of a destination terminal (Internet telephone) belonging to the same network is inputted, a CPU 203 generates an IP address by combining the network address registered in the RAM 206 and the inputted extension number and calls the destination terminal (Internet telephone) corresponding to the extension number based on the IP address.
