PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for laminating a ceramic green sheet preventing peeling from a support film caused by handling, enabling prevention of the ceramic green sheet from damage or deformation by ensured peeling of the support film from the ceramic green sheet in a transfer process, and enabling an improved productivity. SOLUTION: In a method for laminating a ceramic green sheet 2 by repeating (a) a transport process for transporting the ceramic green sheet 2 formed on a support film 20 onto a support stand plate 23 (a body to be laminated); (c) a transfer process for transferring the ceramic green sheet 2 onto the support stand plate 23 by applying pressure and heat from the support film 20 side; and (d) a peeling process for peeling only the support film 20, so as to form (e) a large-scale laminating body, (b) a penetration hole 21 is formed on the support film 20 on which the ceramic green sheet 2 is formed.
