PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary member which can suppress deformation during rotating. SOLUTION: The rotary drum 24 is fast rotated with a printing plate wound on its circumference face to subject the plate to exposure by a recording head. Four drum parts 24A constituting a part of the rotary drum 24 are disposed along the circumference direction of the drum 24. When one drum part 24A is assembled with other drum part 24A, the fitting faces 42 of drum parts 24A with an adhesive applied are fitted to each other and adhered. Further, an insertion pin 40 with an adhesive applied is inserted into an insertion hole 38, and the insertion pin 40 is locked on the circumference face of the hole 38 as well as adhered to the circumference face of the hole 38. Thus, rigidity of the rotary drum 24 can be increased and deformation of the rotary member during fast rotation can be suppressed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
